Complete the form below if you only have one or two records to submit to Cumbria Biodiversity Data Centre and you have not recorded your observations anywhere else. If you have more records, do use our spreadsheet.

An asterisk indicates required data. The key information is When (date), Where (location), What (species name) and Who (your name or the person who made the observation if not you). We do ask for a UK grid reference which can be found by entering your location in here: https://gridreferencefinder.com/
